Dave Stewart

Stewart began djing way back in 1984, collecting various styles of music from Jazz / Funk / Soul / Rare Groove and Disco and started building his name by playing in winebars, pubs and nightclubs as well as on various pirate radio station's, at that time, such as, T.K.O Radio (Total Knock Out) and People's Choice Radio and in the nineties DreamFM and Kiss100FM.

Then the house music scene exploded in 1987 in London and Dave moved into clubland, where he started to play at various house music parties. 'Escapade' at the Chelsea Venue, (home of Chelsea FC) and promotors of the famous 'Black and White' parties. DJing with the likes of, Rocky & Diesel (XPress2), Andrew Weatherall, Phil Perry to name a few. During that time also DJ guest spots at 'The Crazy Club' at London's Astoria, Busbys and the Limelight Club. Not long after Dave moved into club promotions, promoting parties across the capital under, 'The

Workhouse, WildLife On One' and 'Face The Music Productions', which Dave ran for many years and built a large following.

During the year of 1993 and for the next four years Dave began djing for KISS100FM playing at their KISSCLUB nights, as well as guest slots as a specialist music presenter.

Dave has played at some of the most prestigious clubs in London over the years which include, Funky Buddha, Pacha, Ministry Of Sound, Bagleys, The Cross, Camden Palace, Legends, Cafe de Paris, Hanover Grand, Emporium, Club Colosseum, Turnmills, Leisure Lounge, Gass Club, ClubUK, the list is endless ... and playing for many club promoters: MoonCat Productions, Gism Productions, High Society, Satellite Club, Peach, Face the Music Productions, WildLife and Therapy.

Dave has played alongside some of the industries pioneers: Rocky & Diesel (XPress2), Nancy Noise, Norman Jay, Seamus Haji, Bobby & Steve, Carl Cox, Judges Jules, Paul 'Trouble' Anderson, Danny Rampling, Graham Gold, Seb Fontaine, and again the list goes on !!!

Dave has been at the forfront of the house music scene since it began in the 80's and in a career spanning over 20 years.

Dave is currently resident for: FUNKROCKERS, THERAPY, FUTURE GROOVE and FACE THE MUSIC PRODUCTIONS. Dave Stewart plays a unique blend of Uplifting Soulful Funky Houseand Classics WITH FEELING!!!!!

At the age of 17, Tony purchased a pair of? Technics 1210's and was hooked
after his first session. He has not looked back since...

His Professional DJ career began in 2001 when he founded his first monthly
House night, "Funky Sundays". After the success of this event he co-founded
his next promotions "No Surprises" and not long after that "Glitter".

Since then he's gone from strength to strength and has hooked up with the
likes of 'Smartie Partie', 'Nick House Entertainment', 'kinky Malinki',
'Glitterati' playing alongside well known names such as Hoxton
Whores, Bobby & Steve, Brandon Block, Alex P, Trevor Fung, Danny Dove, Carlos
Francisco and Matty Wells.

Tony plays a blend of Funky/Vocal House and Club Classics. He's a definite
crowd pleaser who has Rocked some of London's most prestigious Venues
(including Camouflage, Cafe de Paris, Rouge, The Rock, Kodo, Turnmills, Lab
Bar, Suga Suga, etc - the list goes on!).

Tony certainly knows how to keep the crowd happy and has built up a loyal
following as a result. He is also on Housefm every friday 6-8pm with Dave
Stewart.

As a founding member of the FunkRockers collective, 2006 is destined to be his
biggest year yet with parties lined up all over the capital in the coming
