The newest member to the Euphoric House Collections Jamesey is one of the fresh ones, lol to join the boys.
This young man has been DJing professionally, Deep and Soulful House for the last 6 years and is so passionate about the music that it is contagious. Jamesey influence first came from his mother and uncle all established DJ's in there own right and have been on the radio station. All still DJing to this day bar one (Jamesey Mother) but nonetheless still acknowledged as a well respected DJ. It was always a great vibe listening to his mother in the mornings playing everything from Soul and Jazz classics. His uncles also played revival and early Dancehall Classic music a variance of diversity of he grew up to. (What a contrast Jamesey!,lol).
Jamsey started spinning records (including his mothers, lol) from the age of 14. Also at that age he started to buy his own records, whilst not owning a pair of decks until 4 years on. He was constantly around his uncles and cousins practicing his skills in mixing and scratching. Eventually becoming content with his performances and develop the confidence to start searching for a break to be seen in doing so Jamesey made preparations to perform whenever and where ever he could. It began through word of mouth, He and 2 other friends managed to perform at the Stoke-Newington Street Festival for 3 years which was a great opportunity, which then led to over gigs up and down England which Jamesey described as "a great buzz for us in our teens''.
It was the summer in the year 2001, where Jamesey played at the York University, and it was his first ever house set. Jamesey described the response was ''Amazing'' and it was then when he decided that this was path for him. He continued on with his two friends and started a night called ''The JB Experience'' in London's Kings Cross Bar 'Sahara Nights' which ran in the latter half of 2003. The JB Experience at Sarah Nights lasted 3 years and was successful for that period as there was always a good vibe and everyone loved the music and was there because of it. During this time Jamesey submitted a mix c.d to House FM.Net a London based internet station which he tuned in regularly and highlighting him have very high regard as the station is about the music and appreciation of what Artists were producing.
Still pressing on with the mundane things Jamesey was heard and offered the opportunity to be of The Euphoric boyz, which Jamesey express it was privilege to be apart of. Now The Euphoric Boyz newest member 'Jamesey' has a residency at there successful house night "London City Soul". Since then, Jamesey has managed to start making a name for himself, he says "I know I have been very fortunate to be able to play at a lot of bars and clubs'' due to Jamesey's hard work, dedication and passion for the music he has manage to play in places such as
